This is a cute little pattern that can be hooked up in no time.
It is the time of year to be thinking of fall. What do you think she might be thinking about? What do you think her cats name is? Are the bats her friends?
 
Personally, I love both cats AND bats! They are both such efficient hunters of things that you might not want running or flying around near home! Then there are owls...another favorite of mine - I used to have a whole collection. Now I just hear them calling in the woods behind our house in the night. There are people who adore Halloween - its their favorite time of year. It must be the magic of it all- the fun of being something you aren't - of being scared even though you know there aren't really any ghosts ... right??
 
Hook this in colors of the night but be sure to add some splash of color to make it fun.
 
All of my designs are hand drawn by me here in Maine. I use unbleached primitive linen for all of my designs because I like the durability of it. If you are going to take the time to hook a rug- make sure you are using the best possible materials to ensure that it will last. I do my very best to draw on the grain of the linen for you.
