All of my patterns are hand drawn on unbleached primitive linen with a generous 4 inch serged border.
 
I have 2 vintage cat wooden door stops and I thought they might make a sweet rug pattern.
I decided to have them hold a banner between them. Any ideas where "this idea" might have come from?
 
As I've said before - I like to use vintage items as inspiration for some of my patterns. These door stops, along with the large cat in another listing, have been part of my life forever. They lived in my parents home and now they live in mine. The simplicity is what I am drawn to but they can also have a modern farmhouse type of flair as well.   
 
Hook a piece of history with this pattern.
