Needle felting has been something that I have done while not rug hooking. It is a very meditative activity just like hooking rugs. The things that evolve are fun and can be tweaked to add interest and creativity. She has been made with a core of Romney roving and covered in dyed roving. The tail has been sewn with tiny stitching to look like feathers. I love her and hope you do too!
